About Me

The history of Brought Down Running is long...so here is the abridged version. Jeff and Cory left the band Bus Driver Roy to start a new, more progressive band. They brought ex-Bus Driver Roy guitarist Mark over to play drums, and new member Travis to play guitar. With Jeff on vocals/guitar and Cory on bass the band was set to begin writting new music. The band however, felt that they were missing something. They felt they needed a five piece band-instead of a four piece-in order to pull off some of the musical ideas they had been working on. So the band started to move people around and audition lead singers including bassist Cory and drummer Mark. After several weeks of auditions and switches, Jeff asked former Bus Driver Roy guitarist Paul to join Brought Down Running to replace him on guitar, so that Jeff could move over to vocals. After one practice with this line-up (Jeff-vocals, Cory-Bass, Mark-Drums, Paul-Guitar, Travis-Guitar) the band knew they had the line-up they wanted.
