I moved to Nashville in 1987 and began playing sessions for Christian Pop/Rock artists and also toured with various Contemporary Christian Artists , including Geoff Moore, Audio Adrenaline, Chris Eaton, Wes King, Susan Ashton and Out of the Grey. Over the course of my drumming career I have recorded for Audio Adrenaline , Out of the Grey, Watermark, Chris Rice, DC Talk, Gotee Bros , Geoff Moore, Chasing Furies, Ginny Owens and SonicFlood. I have also worked with some great musicians over the years , Tommy Sims (Bass) , Mark Hill (Bass) , Glenn Snow (Bass), George Cochinni (Guitar), Gary Burnette (Guitar), Greg Foresman (Guitar), Dann Huff (Guitar), Jackie Street (Bass), Ken Lewis (Perc), Kenny Greenburg (Guitar), Mark Oakley (Guitar),Tim Akers (Keys), Jim Medlin (Keys) , John Hobbs (Keys) and many more. In the mid 90's my musical focus broadened with my introduction to country music. I was fortunate enough to audition for Martina McBride in 1996 and have been Martina's drummer ever since. My exposure to country music in 1996 was an eye opening experience but one that has been very fulfilling. It has been a great opportunity and I must say that Martina is a dream to play for.... It's all about the groove and feel. Since 1996 I have been fortunate enough to work for the following country artists. Martina McBride, John Rich, Sara Evans, Shelly Fairchild , Kelli Coffee , Carolyn Dawn Johnson and Andy Griggs. Since joining Martina, we have played to sold out shows across the country and have played Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Today Show , Leno and Conan just to highlight a few. We have also toured with Tim McGraw, Reba McIntire, Keith Urban, Diamond Rio, Little Big Town, Lonestar, Sara Evans and Mark Wills. I have also been busy programming loops and playing drums for many of my producer friends as well as spending a great deal of time with my family.
