About Me

Some say he's JDorable, but most agree he's just plain JDiculous...Just trying to find my way...and having a good time at (almost) all costs along the way.The basics: I tend to mix in some good jokes amidst the barrage of bad ones... I love to discuss life's grand questions (in both serious and irreverent tones)... I eat a lot... I work out a lot... I like to hang out, go out, read up, veg out, and lie/sit down. My Interests

More to come later, but for now... I'm a lab rat, a gym rat that likes to read, an art nut, a night owl, and a bit of clown at times. I'm high on both the serious and silly scales and am a recovering TV addict. I'm big on all things candid and honest and enjoy having a drink every now and then (the elements in this last sentence are not necessarily linked to each other... usually). Make of that what you will.

I'd like to meet:

People who live with purpose... or who are at least trying to figure out what their purpose is. People who care about... something. People who can be as passionate and serious as they can be silly and fun... People who can do all of that stuff and just relax at the same time! The truth is out there... or so I'm told...

Music:

Music is life... well, not literally but close enough. I can (and do) connect with most types of music so long as it is well performed. Hip hop, alternative, classical, opera, rock, folk music, country (yes, I said country too)... the range of emotions and experiences are all there for us to appreciate if we leave our minds open... or are drunk enough.

Movies:

If you've been reading my profile carefully, you've probably already guessed that I like a wide range of movies. You guessed right. But if forced, I'd say my favorite genre is the psychological thriller... Oh, and anything with Pat "Mr. Miyagi" Morita in it, but I think that's true of us all.

Television:

Don't get me started.

Books:

I'm a big fan of psychological/philosophical novels. I also tend to prefer the "classics" over more modern novels... If I'm dropping names: Hermann Hesse, E.A. Poe, Richard Bach... (at least for an 'off the top of my head' list)

Heroes:

Macgyver... definitely, Macgyver... there's no contest
