Sandinistas! - the music of The Clash

About Me

The only cover band that matters!
Hailing from Charleston, SC, Sandinistas! have been bringing the music of The Clash to audiences throughout the Southeast since 2007. With a growing repertoire of over 50 Clash songs, we can rock classic Clash music all night, but still vary the setlist from show to show.
Audience participation is always encouraged at a Sandinistas! show. Many of the songs become sing-alongs with Kevin venturing out into the crowd or bringing people up onstage to sing with him. We try to keep the songs loose and fun, like a live Clash show, rather than trying to sound too much like the albums.

Check the blog above for our setlists-we're always adding new songs-so many good ones to choose from. We can easily cover two full sets of material. Feel free to leave us a comment & request your favorite Clash song! We are booking shows at clubs throughout SC, NC & GA, and are always available for private parties.
Clubs we have played include:
Fiery Ron's Home Team BBQ - Charleston SC
The Map Room - Charleston SC
Halligan's - Charleston SC
Red Lion Pub - Augusta GA
Tin Roof - Charleston SC
Firehouse Bar - Augusta GA
Caledonia Lounge - Athens GA
Heavy Rebel Weekender - Winston-Salem NC
New Brookland Tavern - Columbia SC
The Jinx - Savannah GA
The Music Farm - Charleston SC
The Loft - Augusta GA
Art Bar - Columbia SC
