Lurid Dread was called to life by Reiner [ Black Horizonz, Entrisch Ebual, Forlorn Vastland ], to realize material and ways of musical expression unfitting to his other bands.

At the moment Lurid Dread is writing and recording songs for the album " Monochrome ", which will be finished somewhen around the first quarter of 2008.
Monochrome will be released through Chaosthrone-records in the first quarter of 2008.

First impressions of the music will be given, as soon as they are in an appropriate state.
