Elevation Music Publishing is a Nashville based, independent music publishing company focused on premier songwriter representation and career development for talented and professional songwriters. The company is headed by Mike Molinar and Martha Irwin, both who share in creative and managerial responsibilities and hold the title of Creative Principal/GM. In addition to providing aggressive representation, Elevation concentrates on raising the profiles and opportunities for our songwriters in Nashville’s creative community and beyond. Elevation challenges the traditional duties of a music publisher by exploring new income streams in the ever-changing world of music and entertainment. Most of all, Elevation is dedicated to leaving a musical legacy by fostering creativity, promoting songwriters and publishing enduring copyrights.
As of June 2008, Elevation’s overflowing roster of talent includes consistent hitmakers Jim Collins and George Teren, Nashville’s newly discovered gem, Mike Mobley, and two of the brightest newcomers in Mike Lane and Aaron Scherz.
Elevation also provides Nashville representation for Dennis Matkosky, Razor and Tie Music Publishing, and the catalogs of Hearts Bluff Music.
We have recently acquired the former Emerald Sound building and Elevation is now located 1033 16th Avenue South in the heart of Music Row.
