Pubic Zerconia happened by chance, or one could also say, by sure will. On a foggy night in Delaware, the three pieces that would make up the greatest band ever, met in the holding cell in county jail. There, they would compose their first song during an overnight stay. Upon release, the three swore to work together and create music for the rest of their lives.
Bound by this creative pact, Pubic Zerconia has traveled around the world countless times and a have recorded a song a day for the past 10 years. They have never released and album or booked a show. As it is in their manifesto, "to never ask permission to perform". Pubic Zerconia performances are near spontaneous and are known to take place on buses, in diners, on sidewalks, and anywhere they see fit. They also crash other band's shows and jump on stage and start performing. The band claims to have moved to Oslo, Norway in 1997, but there has been no known address, practice space, or sightings of them in the city or surrounding areas. As there is much lore about Pubic Zerconia, a documtary film is rumored in the works. However this rumor has been circling for a few years now. The only "reliable" source is said to be from someone from the PZ inner circle who has seen a rough cut of the film.
