Well SaltRocks is just a stone throw away, opening its pearl white doors for the first time on Saturday the 14th July 2007.

SaltRocks is going to be a healthy choice dining location where you can also have a drink or two. The fully licensed restaurant will be manager and run by Brett Stevenson, who will bring a vibrant new feel to the restaurant which will hopefully make your dining experience with us one to remember.

The idea behind SaltRocks is that you in theory cook your own food that is served to you on a 'volcanic rock' which is heated to more then 200c. And all without the use of oils and added extras which other restaurant sneak in.
