About Me

G'day, Bored! started in Geelong in 1987. We pretty much ended the band as a proper working/touring/recording band in 1995. In that time we managed to release six albums, several singles and appear on numerous compilations all over the world. Although there was several line up changes we managed to tour Australia and Europe several times. Since 1995 we have played sporadic shows in Australia, basically whenever or where ever we have felt like it!, and continue to do so. Its a lot of fun to play these songs and hang out with each other and our friends. We also did a short tour of Europe in 2000. Also we have had a few albums and 'best of compilations' cds re-released for which we are incredibly humble and appreciative about. Thank you to those concerned. I have opened this page because I often get asked for old records and merchandise. I dont have any! I will if anybody wants any songs I will put them up here and you can down load them. After all that time its quite amazing there is some interest still in Bored! I think the best thing for me that came out of the experience is the friendships we made throughout the world and with fellow musicians that still exist today. It was a great time. Thank you all, Dave Thomas.
