Illduce
“The Angel of Deathâ€Illduce, known as Paco to his friends and family, is the apparent portrayal of the new wave of producer/artist combination talents in the industry today. He is the sole creator and founder of “Mobbin Hood Records,†and “Bang-A-Beat Productions.†The alias, “Illduce,†was coined by his grandfather, a man that was a mentor to Illduce from a young age. His wisdom, knowledge, courage, and life experiences have been passed down to Illduce, and this information has been reincarnated in the music that is created by Illduce. With so much commercialism in the hip-hop industry today, true fans who appreciate a talent such as Illduce, for the truth, reality, and respect that one hears from the music that is laced to an Illduce beat, or an Illduce verse.
“I turned into a rose from a single dry seed; I opened up to the world that chose to define meâ€. This line was inspired by his family, his mother and father, and his two younger brothers. Fairly fresh to Hollywood, CA, a young Illduce was determined to bring happiness and security to his family. Till this day the visions of his father working odd jobs, at all hours of the day, to barely make ends meet, and provide a roof over his families head, are the single most significant motivational factors that inspire Illduce, to sacrifice many social events and keep at it in the studio, day after day, hour after hour.
Similar to most youth growing up in underprivileged areas of Hollywood, the innocence of childhood was a fairytale. He had to grow up fast, and be able to stand on his own feet. Once again, his grandfather noticed the negative influence of the streets, and purchased a keyboard for his grandson. Illduce spent all his free time inside, away from the so-called thug life, and gang banging mentality. Poetry was his first love, everything he witnessed, experienced, or heard would be on paper after that.
At a young age of sixteen, through a mutual friend he was introduced to the one and only, Jimiel Barnes. Jimiel Barnes was not a positive figure in the community. Along with Tookie Williams, they were the duo that founded one of today’s most infamous gangs, the Crips. At that time, Mr. Barnes was in the middle of an industry conflict with Suge Knight and the infamous Death Row Records, because of Suge Knight’s association with the Bloods, direct rival to the Crips. Amazed by the talent in Illduce, Jimiel Barnes had Illduce, in the studio working on beats, and rapping on diss tracks towards the entire Death Row Camp. Noticing that the situation he had gotten himself in was not a healthy one, Illduce sacrificed his first break into the industry because of his belief that what as going on was ethically wrong, and not what Hip-Hop/Rap meant to him.
Even through all this negativity, Illduce kept at it. He would save up every dollar to the dollar that he made basically hustling in order to slowly build his own studio. In a matter of three years, he has created a library of 250 instrumentals, which have been featured on 8 different solo albums. Collaborations with The Outlaws, Detane, DJ Sativa of Everrock Records, and Darrin Kojavi of 5919 Studios is just the beginning of this young mans dream. With his current alliance with Explizit Records, the road is clear, and the future is bright. This is the begining of the end.
