I'm Donald Hall, the manager/ webmaster/ engineer/ producer/ designer/ promoter/ videographer/ etcetera for a few bands. Most notably A Perfect Failure and Orchestrated Massacre.
A Perfect Failure:
Orchestrated Massacre:
I've been working with these bands for over a year now. A Perfect Failure's first EP is available on , so check them out and buy it. Support local music! I keep pushing them, hopefully they'll have another album out mid-2008 and they can start doing some real touring. Sales of their CD will go toward new merchandise so they can start touring.
These responsibilities keep me quite busy, so I usually don't have a lot of time to chat with people. When I get into a 'working' mood, I am very focused and can become rude toward any interruptions that come up. Try to make sure you're not one of those interruptions, or at least understand you may be ignored until I finish whatever I'm currently working on.
I really don't care for myspace. I happen to think it gives its users way too much 'creative' control over things and results in some of the ugliest pages on the internet. When a user can take their profile, have images in the background, foreground, text which is unreadable over the background, sparkly shit over the entire page, and 2 or more media players which automatically play upon load, it's not a good thing. Notice my media players don't auto-play?
I don't generally add friends if I haven't seen them in the last two months. It's my 'rule' I don't hate you. If you're not at least an acquaintance, there's very little chance I want to add you as a friend.
