Gay Korea

About Me

Gay Korea consists of half Korean Shona McMillan, and half Gay Scott Newton. They met at a Glasgow art school in 2006, and bonded over their shared love of Asian food, and men. After singlehandedly making their (now) manager almost fail her first year at university, they brainstormed, like troopers, T-shirt designs over martinis and cider blacks. They began making music in early 2007 after an inspirational meeting with Sienna Miller (and her small yappy dog) in London.
