About Me

Jonathan Shatzmiller started MCing at a time when collaborations and spreading Jah-works was of a higher must inna zion. In 2002, after a break from music, Jah-Natan repatched with an old high-school friend DJTurtle, Zack Bar (now TABAC), and formed "Tat-Mudub Soundsystem". The style of the set in that time in Israel was unique because of the fact that the duo were bringing an experimental/meditation side to the reggae scene. The influence they had came mainly from the underground scene in the UK at the time, till today. The acid/electronic side along with the deep traditional reggea dubplates and a host that guided the crowd into deep-hights meditation. The vibe that brought the crowd what they where looking for, that something that was gone in parties - giving yourself to the music! Tat-mudub had a respectable time and also gave their message once a week at 106fm, the number one Tel-Aviv radio station for alternative sounds. Later on, Jah-Natan collaborated with sista MC Karolina, and gave the vibes on FUNSET's debut album at 2004. On the same year a collaboration with SUB6 (Hommega) started, Putting the MC on a world-wide stage and presenting the soundsystem MC to the trance audience, with singles like "7th son" and "the Clash", reaching crowds around the globe, and ripping the dancefloors from Brazil to Japan. More trance vibes are found also with "X-Noise & djGuy-Salama" and Intelabeam. In 2005 Jahnatan began his study sound engineering to improve his studio skills and learn live recording, mixing, post-production and stage. At the same time he started working more in studio's, mixing and producing live bands from a broad variety of music styles. Lately, an interesting production fell in place when brilliant minds formed "Macaroni-Fabrica", a promising Israeli pop production that had just released their debut album as well. Now, having found a new home-base in Amsterdam, the fight for passing the message of truth to the people, still is standing strong inna Babylon. Collaborating with young Dutch talent, Niels Mudde, and forming "SubsetterSound", Dubstep sound system, performing live, producing original dubplates and spreading the vibes on local Amsterdam radio 88.3FM. Keep the vibes high. Jah-Bless!Macaroni Fabrica - Hadakot
