Mezzo soprano Natasha Poholka may only be eighteen-years-old but she is already an experienced performer. With her sister Crystal, Natasha released two albums and performed across the United States, in Canada, Ukraine, New Zealand and Australia. The girls were featured together on numerous TV and radio stations and won an Silver Angel Award for their episodes on the Safe TV original TV show, “Purely Music.†Natasha also preformed in the teen’s chorus at the Westchester conservatory’s 75th anniversary at Lincoln Center.
Now, as her voice blossoms into maturity Natasha is privileged to continue perusing her love for music as a solo artist. Natasha has been honored to perform for the Westchester Community College graduation ceremonies where she “dazzled the crowd†and made her opera debut in Menotti’s “Amahl and the Night Visitors†in 2008. Natasha will be graduating with her associates degree in performance Spring 2009, and plans to go on for a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education.
