I'd like to meet:

I am a flamekeeper in Ord Brighideach a Brigidine order. Once every twenty days I keep a flame lit in honour of Brighid. This means I light a candle on my altar from another candle that was lit in the sacred flame at Kildare.Visit http://ordbrighideach.org/nuke/index.php
The flame is passed in the wick of the candle and by lighting this flame with many others around the world, hopefully there is always a tended flame lit in honour of Brighid. I am also a cill host. There are 19 people per cill with Brighid herself tending on the 20th day. I am also a flamekeeper in Olive branch cill, which is dedicated to keeping a flame of peace.May there be peace throughout the whole world.I am also a keeper of the Flame of Avalon.http://www.goddesstemple.co.uk/The Flame of Avalon's Light was created from:The 2004 Conference flame- from the central altar that burned thought out the conference.Brigit's Flame-Brought from Kildare in Ireland.The Hiroshima Peace Flame-Originally lit by a woman survivor from the burning embers of the nuclear aftermath. Bridie's Flame -From the Isle of Lewis in the Hebrides.The Children's Flame - From the United States.The Madonna Ministry Flame - From the United States.These flames were combined with the lighting of the candle on the central altar at the conference, thus creating The Flame of Avalon. Every one at the conference was invited to light tea-lights and take this very magical flame back out in to the world.May peace prevail on earth!
