I'm Caitlen, thanks for dropping by. :) A little bit about me, cause I guess that's what we're supposed to do here: Things I love to do when I have the time - sing, read, rollerblade, bicycle, perform in musicals, listen to music, watch movies, go for walks, hike in the woods, climb trees. Things that I've never done that I'd like to - skydive, learn to play guitar (actually, I'd like to learn to play any or every instrument), go rock climbing, travel more, learn to swing dance, learn to ride a motorcycle (and buy myself a Harley!!). Crazy things that I have done - rappelling, shooting various weapons, throwing a live hand grenade (hoo-rah Marine Corps!), swinging on a trapeze, spending the night on the street in Times Square for concert tickets (Aerosmith). I like to be active!
Generally speaking, I'm a very strong-willed person. Sometimes I take myself too damn seriously. I think I might finally be getting the hang of this "mommy" thing. Of course, every time I get too comfortable with that, Zachary puts me in my place. :) My little angel is 21 months old now, and he's the greatest! I love white chocolate nonpareils. I'm working on kicking a serious Pepsi habit. I'm only 4'10", but people tend to find me intimidating (I don't think I'll ever understand that). I'm a savagely loyal person and I'd do anything for my friends. I'm very honest and I wish more people would say what they really mean. I'm also really good at sticking my foot in my mouth, because things I say always seem to sound differently to me than they do to everyone else. My biggest pet peeve is people who interrupt other people when they're speaking. Either that, or people who talk with food in their mouth. I'm trying to learn to be more of an optimist. I think spelling counts!! I tend to be cautious around people when I first meet them, but once I get to know you, I can be very silly. I think that animated movies with bloopers (Toy Story, Monsters Inc, etc.) are the funniest things imaginable!
Also, I love making new friends, but I generally don't just add anyone who sends a friend request my way. If I don't know you, send me an email as well. At least say hi!
