It's been a long time coming
First update since... well a long time ago. So I'm now half way through my teacher training and I've realised it's fricking hard work. I genuinely look forward to Monday, Thurday and Saturday's when I can vent some frustration at MMA.

Right, it's about time to get this party started. I am going on holiday to Spain tomorrow! I will be leaving behind shit British weather for 6 glorious days of sunshine. Bake me my Sun.

My Hero
Went to a MMA convention held at Excel in London. I was sooo excited, like a child going to the zoo. Anyway the day was better than I expected in some respects and worse in others. Better in that, I got to meet [a few] stars of the UFC: Mike Bisping, Jess Liaudin, Rashad Evans, Ian Freeman and Josh Koscheck. Worse, because of the lack of stalls selling the fighters t-shirts, one of the reasons that I wanted to go.
Overall though it was a great day, getting to see some exhibition K-1 fights and some fighters.
I'll be posting my pics from the event very soon. (This is not going to happen I'm too lazy)
