Fil Rourke and Niall Paterson are the organisers of the annual Rock 24/7 music event that takes place every January in Whitehaven's Civic Hall. We start the work around September and from then on its hell. But, it has all worked out well for the past 4 years, and this would not be possible without the help of some very special people indeed.
John Dugan gives up his P.A. and experience in mixing the sound, for something like 14hrs (non-stop) on the day of the event. A gentleman, without doubt.
We could not put on any shows without bands...and the list of those is very long indeed! They always give up time to play for free, and the quality of bands is what has made such a success of the previous 4 gigs. We cannot thank them all enough.
