About Me

Want to see a ghost? Look at a live view through a hole in the wall of my bedroom. Click here to be there................................................. I think Moe must be the kind of spirit that hangs out around his tomb waiting to greet people. I was at Hillside Memorial Cemetery yesterday. We got there a half hour early for the funeral of a friend of my mother's. I disappeared and walked into the services about 5 minutes late with red swollen eyes after visiting Moe's tomb. Everyone knew I was all choked up, but only the deceased knew where I'd gone off to(Garden of Memories, Alcove Of Love, Wall C, Crypt 233). It was funny because I asked to see Groucho's grave first and then Moe's. Groucho(forgive me for not standing up) isn't buried there – I was pretty sure that Moe was. The receptionist lady that gives out info, there at the entrance of the cemetery, was incredibly dear (she tried for 5 mins. to find Groucho, eventhough he didn't show up as being buried there.) She spoke compassionately and handed me a map and wrote Moe's name in a space on the map indicated for the name of the person you want to see and then, right next to it, there's a blank for the grave number. When I saw his name on there and she handed it to me, I went into a heavenly moment of my heart feeling like it had been opened like a coconut and all the gold in the world was pouring into it. It was like Moe was right there at the desk, waiting for me. I was shaking and crying. It took me about 10 wonderful minutes to find the crypt. I spent the morning sunlight on the cement in front of Moe, absorbing it all, as I watched my favorite 3 stooges moments projected like a vivid movie over the white marble surrounding his bronze name-plate (Moe Howard 1897 - 1975.) There was a flower holder with two plastic roses attached to the cover. Someone had placed two pennies, facing heads, leaning up against the marble. I decided that my favorite Moe moment was when he delivered the lines to Larry: "Think nothin' of it, Kid. It could happen to anyone." This profile was edited with Thomas' myspace editor™ V2.5
