We use only quality hand selected ingredients with a focus on locally grown produce(most organic)and locally manufactured products, to ensure that you and your guests will have a meal to remember. We offer full "Locavore Edible Ethics" menus incorporating wonderful locally grown produce, products and free range meats.We are a Green Company, minimizing our impact on the enviornment in every way that we can. All of our green waste is composted or worm binned. We recycle all of our paper,glass, metal and plastic packaging. All of our leftover food is donated to orginizations working with the less fortunate of our community. We are the greenest caterers in Santa Cruz Co.Our services range from basic, cost savvy drop off service where we deilver our delicious food, set up in a self serve buffet for you and your guests to enjoy. We offer buffet only service, to full service catering with several food service styles: sit down, family style, buffet or French service, to name a few.Our event services include:
