Rev. Palmer and the Messengers of Hope

You Gotta Have Faith to Live in This World

About Me

Rev. Ed Palmer has been bringing his message of hope to audiences for more than 30 years. The musicians have come and gone but the spirit of the music and the message has remained the same. The styles of music in the band are very diverse for a Gospel group. There are the traditional songs but their music ranges from Soul, Blues, Jazz and even Rock especially now that they have a young prodigy, Wyatt Garey, on lead guitar who joined the group with his Dad at 11 and is now 15 years old. Besides Rev. Palmer, the group is also blessed with 2 other Reverends on vocals. Rev. Steve Breland (the longest lasting member of the group) and Steve's wife Ruthie. Also Rev. Johnny King(from Philidelphia P.A), who can be heard on WGNI 106.3 FM on Tuesday nights from 7:00 to 7:30 PM. Rev. Palmer was recently the Pastor at St. James AME in historic McClellanville SC, but is retired now and devoting his time to the group. In his own words"I JUST GOTTA SING".I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
