We are www.Undercast.ie , Irelands first Punk and Ska broadcaster. We are based in Dublins city centre and from here aim to provide a good mix of music past to present.
We try not to focus on a particular type of genre within the Punk and Ska genre and therefore have a wide range playing 24 hours a day. We will try to get into the position where smaller and less known bands can be heard by a large number of people.
Undercast broadcasts 24/7 with live Djs during the evening time (the day jobs pay for the running of the station). At this stage we are hoping to get a leg up from Irish bands and Independant labels/Promoters by means of advertising us on thier sites etc.
Currently we have 4 people using thier own time to work with/for www.undercast.ie and our aim is to become the a large player amoung the Irish internet broadcaster through working with independents.
We are constantly working on the www.undercast.ie website with the help of a website design company that has been great to us but wish to remain un-named for the moment.
