Welcome to my myspace page. I am a computer programmer, musician and wishful full time traveller. I have played in several alternative Melbourne bands through the 80's and 90's (Mixing Drinks, The Raving Beauties, The Same, Fried...) as either a singer, guitarist or bass guitarist.
I try to be a warm, helpful regular Joe who pursues all of my interests passionately.
Among other things, I am known to my peers for my ability to comfortably operate and think outside the box. Whilst this has helped me as a musician, programmer and producer it has failed me in almost equal portion. But, I wouldn't have it any other way. For example, I play electric guitar strung normally for a right handed player but also play a long scale fretless electric bass strung for a left handed player, played in the right handed position. Obviously, I am self taught ...and not big on convention.
Below are some tracks and ideas of mine, recorded on a 4 track portastudio from some years ago. All my more recent recordings were lost in a flood a few years ago. A shocker of an experience.
