New friends and old friends. People who will entertain me. People with something interesting to say. I like people who can be real and honest...and people who can keep me laughing.
I LOVE music and listen to a wide variety...Top 40, Alternative, Rock, Dance, Country, Hip Hop, Heavy Metal, Classical, 80s, etc etc. Really it just depends on the mood I'm in. I'm not even going to bother listing bands here because the list will be forever long...
Love Actually
Reality Bites
Empire Records
Garden State
Madagascar
Anchorman
Dazed and Confused
Grease
Happy Gilmore
Can't Hardly Wait
Shag
Walk The Line
Wedding Crashers
Old School
Summer Catch
Swingers
The Notebook
Honestly, if it's funny or a romantic sappy movie I'll probably like it, and of course some more serious ones and action thrown in for good measure.
Lost
Rescue Me
Grey's Anatomy
The Office
Sopranos
Friday Night Lights
My Boys
Family Guy
stuff on Food Network
baseball
college football (Irish)
college basketball (Illini)
other random stuff
I'll read anything that looks interesting, I love books. The last few that I have read were:
"Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" by Jim Berendt
"The Last Best League" by Jim Collins
"The Devil in the White City" by Erik Larson
"Running with Scissors" by Augusten Burroughs
Always up for a recommendation!
