Drag the River

About Me

Formed in Vancouver, Canada, in 1991, this hardrock combo blasted the local scene before parting company 2 albums and hundreds of shows later. Going to a DTR show meant anything could happen. Some nights, the band wore war paint while the lead singer wore nothing at all. They even have the infamous distinction of having someone die at one of their shows.Led by the furious guitar of Paul Slater and backed by the tight rythm of Neil Grant and Dan O'Brien, Drag the River provided a platform for frontman, Baron Cameron, to speak his mind and he always did (whatever happened to be left of it at the time).Still fresh from the 90s, Drag the River's sound and socio-politcal conscience is something today's music lacks in excess. The boys are still around and working on various projects.DINK.
