Many stars shoot from the sky, as we often see them do. NOW shoots a star by the name of "SIRIUS". If you know anything about the Constellation (study your science), then you know "SIRIUS" is the brightest star seen from the Earth! This shooting star is here to shed light upon the Hip-Hop industry in a comical, yet "SIRIUS" demeanor."SIRIUS" is a 26 year old, female, solo lyricist born in St. Louis, raised in a once unincorporated town of Meacham Park/Kirkwood, Missouri. Her style is unique, and for such a small person she's quite demanding when it comes to controlling the MIC.
"SIRIUS" has experience of exposure by opening for local comedians such as:St Louis Slym,Lil Rock, Maurice G., etc. Also performances in local clubs:Ambassador(shout out to Ms. L.A.),Spotlight,Janae's,Hadley's, Evening Shades, The African Palace, etc. In 2003 she was awarded best new female artist of the year by INFAMOUS ENT. "STREET HEAT" or "STORM" (all you locals know STORM!!). In addition, has also collaborated with other local artists. Now she's ready to broaden her horizons.True to her origin of STRICTLY GROUND LEVEL PRODUCTIONS (as you'll hear her proclaim) though "SIRIUS" may be new to you, she's been REPRESENTING GROUND LEVEL since 1999. Due to circumstances beyond her control, the label would not be upheld. It would be a further accomplishment of SIRIUS' to re-establish the label inspired by her uncle "NORM" to whom the label belongs.
