1 of a kind when its time to do mine

Life has been really good to me. I enjoy a phenomenal amount of love and joy. I had a good childhood; I wasn't very lucky back then. The amount of luck (and happiness) I have now is beyond belief. I guess it was a trade off. Well worth it I might say. I appreciate it so much more.

If you don't know, now you know.. :-) So I can be witty at times, and I like to have fun. I feel as though I have the best friends in the world because they accept me no matter what. I love completely when it comes to family and friends in my life. I am always striving to be a better person and have and impact on the world because I feel that it is apart of my purpose here on earth. I can be as complex as it gets. I'm a big believer in that most people are a product of their environment (blame my psychology degree and personal experience). If you see a family (also look at friends or friends of a significant other) with serious issues which include poor family situations as well as high school dropouts (or college dropouts), drug abusers or dealers (or tolerate crime), incarcerations and, or a huge dedication to parties and, or drinking; seriously consider how deep you want to be involved in that situation. Situations like that many times only lead to trouble. You'll see these are the same type of people who will stalk you, go thru your friendslist and contact people, recruit others to help in their plans (sad but true i've seen it happen). I will always recommend looking at those with those who come from a family a good number of college educated members with professional degrees (doctors, nurses, dentists, lawyers, accountants, mba's, etc). Surround yourself with people who are going places and you will too. Can people make a change in their environment? Yes they can! Is it likely? Doubt it. A girlfriend or boyfriend won't do it. It has to come from within. A plan almost always has to be in order. A mentor is almost required. I am an optimist, a realist and a dreamer. I don't live in a fantasy land though lol. -----
Know where things stand. Always spend holidays with your significant other and family. I haven't missed a birthday, christmas, thanksgiving, new years eve/day, or valentines day in years.... Bring your significant other to major family and friend events. From my brothers wedding to a good friends wedding to a softball game and lunch with friends or simply spending saturdays I'm extremely consistant. I can say I have no regrets and made great choices. I recommend others to do the same. If you feel you haven't.. don't fret you live and you learn.
I can tell you that there is more to life than simple bickering. Many people consume large portions of their life to it and then blame others for their unhappiness. It is honestly extremely easy to walk away from a situation if you so choose to. It's not a bad thing to cut out things that simple serve to waste your time and rededicate it to positive aspirations.
Reflecting on relationships, I came to the realization that in many relationships people get hurt. This hurting leads to distrust and indifference and can follows them in their future relationships. Basically this negativity passes onto other relationships and creates a growing cycle. I am not Jesus, and I cannot save the world, but I can make a difference. Anyone who does go by reading this, I would hope has the courage to realize and act on the fact that it isn't right to hurt others. Remember the person you hurt, may hurt someone else, who in returns hurts someone else which could easily be the person you are meant to be with (which could make any possible relationship with that person highly difficult).

I appreciate simplicity in various things. Thus my profile is easy to navigate, and somewhat thought provoking. I don't see the reason in creating a heavy page that is slow to load and may slow down your computer.

There are very few things I don't care for. That doesn't mean i'm an active participant in everthing else though. Free time allows for some play time, like most people, (I assume) I don't like having excessive amounts of it wasted. Some BS is entertaining, but you can't build a life on top of a pile of bs..
