A Little About Me:
I was born on March 19, 1983 and was raised solely by my mother, whom I owe and dedicate most of my life to. I've always been a little pistol son of a gun, and this will never change. I'm rebellious, I have a serious problem with being told what to do. I have been proving people wrong since I was old enough to walk, and most would agree that I've already surpassed what was expected of me. If you ask me, I have accomplished only a small portion of the goals I set out to do, long ago. It's a process, and it takes patience.
I'm addicted to music. A junkie, if you will. Music inspires me, enthrives me, motivates me, helps me pass time, seduces me, turns me on, turns me off, fucks with my head, and gives me the answers I seek. It may even give me the pulse I need.
I've released two records in the Cincinnati local scene, I've worked a handful of different jobs that have paid the bills and supplied me with just enough to get to where I am now. I'm courageous, relentless, and my will is constantly on the line, as I don't give up easy. In fact, I've never given up, and that means I will always win in the end.
I've been in love. It's the most beautiful thing in the world, and yet, the most painful experience. Love is the total black and white, and it's probably best defined in my eyes with the many shades in between. I feel like I'm John Cusack in most every movie he's been in. At least the dark and humorous ironic love movies he's depicted in. As for right now, I'm not looking for my soul mate. I don't even know what that means anymore. Maybe at one point, it made sense. Right now, I defy love - the same way it has treated me.
Don't try to understand me, and date me at the same time. Many have tried, many have failed. So just don't. I can't take another person walking into my life and deciding what's best for me. Let me do me. You do you. We'll meet somewhere in the middle, and we can laugh together about it for the rest of of lives. I tend to embrace the bad, just as I do the good, and you could make the mistake of thinking I'm a pessimist. Like I said, don't try to figure me out.
I will continue to work on my art, and follow that path wherever it leads me. I'm confident that I can back up who I am. I will find success. I will also continue doing what I love and need to do, creating music. I will release another record. I will play shows outside of my city, and I will earn fans, and call some of them friends. I am not a rock star, but call it what you want. I have always been "that." And I always will. My kids will have the coolest dad. My wife will have the most amazing man she's ever met, and I will always be blessed with the best of friends, because I wouldn't have it any other way.
Where is this crazy journey leading me? Dark scary places and bright beautiful nights. I have seen both, lived both, been both. I know what's out there, because I've tasted it all in small amounts. The important thing is I know exactly what it is I'm after. Like I said, I've tasted it. And I'm hot for it. Real hot. A real hot mess.

Justin Hite is a highly-creative and passionate independent freelance multi-media artist, based out of Cincinnati, OH. His creative abilities range from Graphic Design and digital editing, photo enhancement, sketching and painting (acrylic, and watercolor / ink methods), Special Effects makeup & design, and anything of the nature.
Justin has worked as a Production Artist / Actor with the U.S.S. Nightmare (ussnightmare.com), a popular haunted steamboat located in Newport, KY for 8 years. In addition, Justin works with independent film & multi-media artists, Main Moon Productions, (mainmoon.com) and helped produce the short film, “Captain Atari,” as well as the unreleased short film, “M.M.S.B.C.”
His work has been featured in Taste Cincinnati Magazine (Summer 2008 Edition), as well as services provided for several popular bars in the Main Strausse district in Covington, KY, in addition to several local recording artists in the Cincinnati area. Justin also helped with the conceptual artwork & creative design to the online video game, “Prison 4 Life.”
Having begun his academic career at Northern Kentucky University in 2002, Justin changed paths, re-inventing himself as a recording artist, throughout the following years. Known to the independent music scene as, “J:10,” Justin recorded & released hard rock-alternative-experimental albums with two prior bands, “Fiendish,” (myspace.com/fiendish) and “Vatica,” (myspace.com/vaticamusic) while promoting, marketing, & performing all across the Northern Kentucky & Cincinnati, OH based area.
Along with Fiendish, their music was featured in Cincinnati’s “best-of,” compilation, “Cincy Metal Volume 1,” in 2004. Fiendish was also featured on popular Cincinnati radio stations 102.7 WEBN and 97.3 Channel Z. Justin helped organize the successfully diverse music mini-festivals, “The Chili Bang,” and “The Chili Bang II: Inked to Hell & Back,” which was sponsored by So-Ho Scooters, Lucky 13 Tattoos, & co-presented by WEBN’s DJ, “The Dude.”
Justin is currently attending Antonelli College, located in Downtown Cincinnati. He is completing his degree in Graphic Design, while pursuing his career in both Art & Music. Justin stays committed to producing and providing excellent visual representations for clients and associates, alike.
