I'm working on my teaching degree and am currently a substitute teacher. I worked several years as a teacher's assistant and took a leave to finish school. I love working with children and it's my calling to make a difference. I think anyone who EVER hurts a child should be locked up and have the key thrown away! ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ****I am very much into fitness and would love to find friends that I could work-out with, hike, ride bikes, skate, lift weights etc. I try to eat healthy most of the time and cannot STAND being around smoke. It really bothers me! What people do is their own business but they should respect my feelings, also. The "drink" question on here only has "yes" or "no". Although I put yes, it is really only on special occasions and very rarely. ************************************************************ ************************************************************ **** Working with children, I am very aware of my influence and want to always be a good example. My page is hidden to minors and I am careful of what I put on here. I will NOT post comments that have cussing or inappropriate messages so please don't send them. I am selective of my "friends" on here, too. If your page is X-rated, etc. I will not add you. **** I do not approve friend requests if your page is "private" and I cannot view you, 1st! Also, if I add you and NEVER hear from you I will DELETE you! I have no desire to have 100 strangers listed as "friends". **** ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ** I am NOT using this site as a dating service! I cannot believe all the rude, pushy, disrespectful JERKS that I have had to block because they bug me to death and then get offended when I don't want to DATE them! I am glad to be friends with people but I would rather DATE someone in the REAL world. Also, I have a very busy life so if you get mad and send a RUDE e-mail asking IF I'm going to talk to you because it's been 12 hours since I spoke to you then you need to get a life. This happens entirely too often. **** ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ****Those who know me know what a HUGE Andy Griffith Show fan I am. I collect things from the show and can recite most of the lines before they say them. Within 2 seconds of the show, I can tell you which episode it is. If only life was like Mayberry! ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ****I love the smell of vanilla, fresh cut grass, hyacinths, roses, suntan lotion, and smelling rain. I love being outdoors when it's warm, playing with my Jack Russell Terrier, Lucky, lifting weights and doing anything physical. I love to read and have my quiet time. ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ****I love girly things but don't let my appearance fool you. I appreciate CLASS and the finer things as well as simple things. I LOVE true gentlemen who know HOW to treat ladies! I appreciate common courtesy, respect, and consideration. I do NOT like fake people who "pretend" to be your friend JUST to find out your business and talk about you. Those people don't fool me and I stay clear of them.
