TED MORRIS

In January 2008 Ted Morris moved up to Stockholm, found a band and started playing small sets all around town. Playing with a band for the first time in his life when he was 24 years old was a breathtaking experience and it inspired him to record a full lenght album in the spring of 2009. The 10 track album entitled “A New Beginning” was recorded as a live session in a one-room studio in Stockholm and was mixed in Cowboy Technical Services analog studio in Brooklyn by New York producer-engineer duo Eric “Roscoe” Ambel and Tim Hatfield, who has worked with some of Morris’s own favourite artists such as Ryan Adams, Steve Earle and Keith Richards.Ted Morris and his band has continued to roam the clubs and scenes in Stockholm during 2009 and now Morris is flirting with the oppurtunity to cross the Atlantic.
