About Me

A tradtional English fiddle player I have been playing and singing since a teenager with bands such as the Cotswold Liberation Front, The Old Swan Band, Token Women, Graft and the Fraser Sisters (compulsory as I am one of the two sisters). As well as this I have been lucky enough to work with Coope Boyes and Simpson, Georgina Boyes and my sister singing traditional English carols. Over time I have added clarinet, alto sax and hammered dulcimer to the instruments I play. The discography would be too long to mention as I started with John and Sue Kirkpatrick on Plain Capers, made 3 LP's, an EP and a CD with the Old Swan Band, three cd's with Token Women, two cd's with The Fraser Sisters, two carol cd's and numerous guest appearances on Friends cd's. The latest will be playing on Jo Freya's Lal Waterson project due for release Autumn 2007. I both play and teach English Dances and perform concerts with the various acts listed above. That's all I can think of to say about me.
