PDM Racing,Inc was formed in 1996 with orginal owners Gary Peterson, Paul Diatlovich and Chuck Buchmann. The three of them we're asked for a team name to show as the entrant. That's when Peterson, Diatlovich and Buchmann came up with PDM Racing, PDB didn't sound proper so they used "M" instead of "B" to form PDM Racing, Inc. They purchased a '93 Lola Menard Buick from none other than John Menard. The team hired John Paul, Jr. to drive. Along with JP Jr. Tyce Carlson drove in '96. Other drivers that have driven for PDM Racing were Sam Hornish,Jr., Jeret Schroder, Jimmy Kite, Jack Hewitt, Billy Boat, Steve Knapp, Robbie McGee and Jason LefflerWe are currently working on sponsorship for the 2008 IndyCar season, with the likeable Jimmy Kite.___________THIS IS PDM Racing's 1st Pole Position Car.
