Jo Fidler is a young and dynamic singer songwriter and backing vocalist, and has been performing and writing music for the past ten years. Influenced by such artists as Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, and Ms.Dynamite, Jo’s stunning soulful vocals are highly unique and are a rich blend of soul, jazz and RnB.As a solo artist she has been on the Manchester gig circuit for the past 5 years performing at many venues including; Manchester Apollo, Manchester Academy One, Glastonbury Festival, and Live on Channel M television.Jo is also a versatile backing vocalist, and has supported Gorillaz at Manchester Opera House, Jules Rendell at Manchester Academy One, and Soul singer Jamie Finlay at Cargo, London, to mention but a few.Jo is part of singer/songwriter/producer collective My Family, and is involved in the writing and arranging of their material.
