Andres Laprida

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Andres Laprida has gone through a lot of experiences as a guitarist, composer, arranger, and producer for a large variety of assignments.At a very early age, Andres was introduced to the public by Brazilian music masters Antonio Carlos Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes and Toquinho.Andres has specialized in classical guitar, although he doesn't play much classical music: he plays mostly his own compositions.As a composer, he has an eclectic and prolific production —music for film and TV, advertising, theater, ballet, and acoustic and electric solo instruments and orchestras.As a performer, he has toured mainly in four countries —USA, Italy, France and Argentina, although he has also played in Norway, Canada, and Brazil.
