About Me
A realist.....I enjoy learning and sharing. I am proud of my eight children and their individual differences and accomplishments. I am blessed to have experienced motherhood as a privileged mom of four for 37 years, an adoptive mom of two for 32 years and a mom of two for 46 years. I've experienced divorce, single motherhood, and blended family trauma. When I say, " I love Jesus", it is not a cliche, for it was and is his grace that has kept me, taught me, and continues to afford me the blessings of life, to LOVE. Love does cover a multitude of faults...Love will blind you to faults, and yet, Love will teach you to how to stand...and above all Love does not fail. A point of proof rests in the union of my husband and I, we will soon celebrate 39 yrs of marriage.My quest is to be the best that I can be, to learn all that I can, to enjoy life to its fullest, and LOVE. I enjoy art, music and adventure. I am fascinated by horses and their beauty, especially the untamed wild ones....by the freedom that they possess. I love people and I enjoy seeing others attain their goals. Jealousy is not in my vocabulary, nor in my soul, because what is for me is for me. I also realize God loves you, because he loves me and having created us all; I,too, must love thee. No, I am not crazy. I do know that "Life is too short to not live it to its fullest, I may not like things that others do or say. But, it is my choice as to how I live my life...and my choice to enjoy it. I choose to enjoy life....I'm grateful to my parents because I took all of the positive, eliminated the negative, embraced the exposure, and I continue to adapt and be open to change. I learn from books, but I have truly learned from life...especially from my children and grand children. My great-grand soon shall began to teach me (smile). Everything that we need to succeed, we possess; we just need to open our eyes to see. I truly think God for friends....they are not many as others may imply...true friends are few, and usually you do not choose them....they are sent to you.
