Shattered
..One had loved, one had lost, one had everything, one had nothing and one had a burning desire for something. It was a fatal attraction. Together they became whole; a culmination of life, love, tragedy, ecstasy. Their psyches combined manifested a tapestry leading them toward a greater, sublime destiny and the fulfillment of an enriched purpose. Fatal Attraction modestly grew from a brotherhood united in affinity to a drug craved by its captivated fans. Their soul piercing lyrics and melodies combined with their alternative style progressed from a harmonic expression to a hollowed mantra. The band has matured and grown up with its fan base -- a key element in their deep-routed connection. Their melodies and words serve as a medium for the vocalization of emotions and events enwrapping the close-knit community. Their song entitled “Four Leafâ€, a memoir of their friend who’s life was tragically brought to its own demise, brought tears to the eyes of hundreds at its debut performance. Said one fan, “Words cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for what this band has done for people affected by this tragedy. Listening to this song gave me a form of therapy I couldn’t get anywhere else. It helped me sort out my feelings and know that I’m not alone.†This quote encompasses the evolving teleology of the group. Their music is not just a meaningless series of coincidences or accidents; it is a cryptogram of the lives of real people. Fatal Attraction, comprised of Nate Miner on lead vocals and guitar, Grant Danby on lead guitar and vocals, Geoff Poley on bass guitar, Greg Tarshus on drums, and Matt Giammichele on synthesizer, has been emulating the inner teenage persona for the past six years.
