My favorite book, or shall I say play, that I would read over and over again is definitely the one and only Othello by William Shakespeare. Then there is: Temple of My Familiar by Alice Walker, Blake or The Huts of America by Martin Delaney, Jubilee by Margaret Walker, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou, Anything that Anne Rice writes I will definitely read (especially her vampire chronicles), Street Sagas are a must, and I can't forget my African American Romance novelists Eric Jerome Dickey, Omar Tyree, Mary B. Morrison, and the one and only Zane.
Maya Angelou, Alice Walker, Jill Scott, and more.
I wish I could express myself with half the skill that these women possess.
