About Me

Hello there! My full name is Adam Troix Christopher.. and i'm a personal trainer. I'm originally from Brockton,Mass.. a small town just outside of Boston(you know Rocky Marciano? Marvin Hagler? yup ok!).I've been in Florida since 2002 ,and I've been blessed w/ the god given talent to be able to help people from all walks of life lose weight(I mean literally change lives!).I've trained or am currently training models,up and coming figure competitors,music producers, singers, cheerlanders (both Heat&Dolphins) and last but not least the ONE and ONLY Layla EL(who just recently became a W.W.E Diva, MUCH LOVE ON THAT!),plus the everyday person as well. I'm a very humble person who is just here to help those want to be helped... SERIOUSLY!. I'm very passionate and it shows through my work.. that's what makes a trainer an ARTIST.! I'm here to move FORWARD.. not BACKWARDS! Being Positive is one of my greatest assets. I mean "How you gonna make it if you don't achieve!?"
