I played guitar and sang a few songs in a band called "Common Ground" in the 90's, playing classic rock and country. Common Ground had a great run and it was a blast, but just like all good things it came to an end. Some members joined other bands, some I haven't heard from since, and me, I started writting and playing guitar for my own therapy (was going through a rough time, who hasn't had those). Anyway a bunch of songs came out of those sessions, three of which I recorded and have put on this site.
Music has always been a very big part of my life. It's something that is felt from within not just heard. Music has a life of its own. Music can transport you to another time and place. It can also heal wounds, pretty powerful stuff, huh?
These three songs were written with alot of emotion involved as is any song that comes from the heart. They may not be the best, but they have served their purpose for me. I do not strive for fame or fortune, Just inner peace. I hope you enjoy.
