OK, I do have some follow-up questions ahead, but stay with me...this may get deep, you may get offended, but please, please read to the end, and answer these questions honestly to yourself! So... Have you ever told a lie? Even a little one?Have you ever stolen anything, regardless of the value?Have you ever used God’s name in vain?Have you ever looked with lust, or had lustful thoughts? God sees lustful eyes as an adulterer at heart. Matthew 5:28Have you ever made a god to suit yourself, a god you were more comfortable with? A god that tolerated white lies and stealing for a good cause? A god that wouldn’t punish people with an eternal Lake of Fire? That is a form of idolatry, creating a god to suit your own needs. God does not tolerate any sin, for any reason, and sinners will be eternally seperated from God in eternal punishment for their sins. Its like how we say, "I'm only human, expect me to make mistakes." Well, God is only Holy, he will not and can not tolerate sin or allow sin into Heaven.So, if you’ve said yes to ANY of those questions, then you have failed the test. And these are just 5 of God’s Ten Commandments, 5 more are still pointing right at you...So, on the Day of Judgment, will you be found innocent or guilty? Where will you go, Heaven or the Hell? Be honest. You know that on the Day of Judgment that you will be found guilty of breaking God’s law and therefore end up in Hell.However, it doesn’t have to be that way. God made a way by which you could escape the day of wrath and go to Heaven.God sent His only begotten son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross 2000 years ago to take the punishment for your sin so you could be set free from the penalty that God’s law demands. Lord Jesus took your punishment and paid your judgement in full; His blood washes away your sins.All that is required of you is that you repent of your sins(confess your sins and forsake them) and trust Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. You can not save yourself. No amount of good deeds can offset your sin.Please recognize the urgency of this. This could be your very last chance to repent and accept Jesus Christ. Today is the Day of Salvation, and now is the appointed time. Do not put this off, as you could die this very day. And if you die before repenting of your sins and receiving Jesus Christ, you will end up in Hell. Don't just believe, you must "put on" the Lord Jesus Christ just like you would put on a parachute when jumping out of a plane. You wouldn't just believe in the parachute, you would put it on and trust in it to save you. Do the same with Jesus. Read your Bible. Pray. And tell others about the free gift of Salvation. God already did EVERYTHING to save you EXCEPT take away your free will. He will not force a relationship with anyone, It is your choice. You are at the cross. You may bow down, worship, and accept the sacrifice of Lord Jesus, or you may turn your back, walk away, and reject Him once more. You decide, I can only show you the door, you have to open it. Jesus stands at the door and knocks...Witnessing is not only for missionaries and pastors. Are you already saved? Then witnessing is YOUR responsibility too.
