Band Members: Cody Luster: Fiddle, Mandolin, Acoustic. Cody started working with us in 2001, before that you could catch him competing in fiddle contests all over Texas and New Mexico. when the band took a break in 2003, he moved to Nashville,Tn., and went on to work for artists like Jimmy Wayne, Josh Gracin, Billy Currington,and he just finished a two year run with Craig Morgan. His stage presence is surpassed only by his talent, he has "raised the bar"(along with a few stools, chairs & tables)for live music, and if you've been around to watch his performance, you already know what im talking about!Aubrey Wood, Bass, Drums, Acoustic, Lead & Harmony Vocals Aubrey started with us in early '97, but we've been working off & on together for 20 years. Aubrey has worked with Kevin Fowler, Randy Rogers, Neil McCoy, Chris LeDeux and Chris Chitsey, and we're glad he's back!Jim Edmund, Drums, Lead & Harmony Vocals In May of 2009, Jim helped me fire up this band after a 6 year break. Hes new to us, but hes settlin in, and he lays down a beat you can sink your dancin boots into!
Influences: i have a lot of influences, so heres a shot!! ARTISTS: radney foster, tg sheppard, etc, merle haggard, and of course, gene watson!, daryle singletary, and many moreGUITAR: brent mason, brent rowan, john jorgensen, stuart smith, jerry reed, to name a few!STEEL GUITAR: buddy emmons is THE steel player in my book.
