First and Foremost this comp is not intended to make any money for any of the bands nor for me. I am not a company, nor an entrepeneur. I just got tired of listening to all my old cd's and wanted to find new punk bands...then as I found them I wanted to share them with everyone. These comps are going to be for getting music into the hands of the kids again. Because of that, I am pooling all my resources to keep costs down because the bands are paying for it.
This is a complete DIY punk effort. The bands and our sponsors fund these projects so that they can give you good music for FREE! This is about bands working together for the scene. Fuck selfishness, fuck narcicism, fuck elitism, fuck emo (I had to throw that in). PUNK ROCK CONCOCTION is aimed at putting together bands' favorite (or best) songs...the ones that stick in your head for days and make you hum in your head until your read the lyrics...then you're like "fuck, this band is good". The comps will be good from start to finish and may actually help you open up to new styles, new names, new companies, new record labels, and most importantly new bands. Enjoy with beer in hand...

PUNK ROCK CONCOCTION Vol 1 can be found at any of the bands' show that participated in the comp. Each band only has about 100 copies left to give out so hit them up at their shows. Most of the copies were given away at Warped Tour on Aug 25,2007. Did you get one? Let us know, and add us so we can keep you posted on all new volumes in the future.
PUNK ROCK CONCOCTION Vol 2 was released in mid to late March, 2008. Each band has roughly 250 copies to do whatever they like with. A few bands will be taking some on tour to spread across the US and Canada. I will hold on to a lot so that they can be mailed out to kids as they discover us.
Volume 3 was released on OCTOBER 11th, 2008 at Liskfest in Irvine, CA. As always, you will be able to get a copy from your favorite band or through here.
