The young boy Jimmy was in a plane crash, and ended up in the amazons. The plane was shot down by Shadaloo when it came too close to a base. Blanka was raised by animals. One day he saved Dan's life in the jungle. They became friends, and Blanka left to see the outside world. It wasn't until he participated in the second tournament that he found his mother. She recognized him from his anklets, and they lived happily ever after.
