..A real man is somebody who accepts responsibility for all of their actions rather good or bad, and doesn't try to blame other people or circumstances for their behavior...somebody who can think on his own and not be influenced by others.....somebody who has enough sense to realize that reality is not in rap songs and that being a real man is not somebody who can take a life away from an unarmed person or brag about having been in prison....Somebody who has a good sense of self worth and thinks he is too good to become a statistic of any sort regardless of what his circumstances are and that success is measured in his own eyes, and not anybody else's... hes not intimidated by people who he thinks "are better than him" because he doesn't think anybody is better than him no matter how much they have or how little he has....A real man can respect and love himself and will be able to respect and love a woman worthy of that and be able to walk away from those who aren't worthy of his love without looking back....And sometimes a man has to hustle to make sure his bills are paid and to get ahead, but a real man is not gonna go spend it all on "the bar" or the biggest most expensive rims he can find to go on the smallest car, or jewelry that he wants to wear all at once everyday....if a man has to hustle then he's investing in a home or homes for himself and his family, investing in his future or in his child, or trying to open a business...A real man knows its okay to just be himself and that he doesn't have to prove anything to anyone at anytime... he's secure with himself and who he is and he's honest and trustworthy.......a real man will attract a real womanAnd pretty much vice-versa for a real woman, so for all you men who claim u can't find a good woman or women who feel they can't find a good man or a real man...look at yourselves in the mirror first and see if the problem lies in you....

Pimp My ProfileI'm Richard "Big Rick" McNeil aka "Shootem Up", born and raised in NE/SE Washington DC. I was given the nickname "Shootem Up" at the age 13, a couple of years after moving to SE DC. I've just began playing basketball and joined the local boys club's 14 & under basketball team. During my first game, after a long ride on the bench, I entered the game jacking up shots from every where scoring 15 points in a short period of time. "HONESTLY, I WAS AFRAID SOMEONE WAS GOING TO TAKE THE BALL FROM ME AND I NEEDED TO GET RID OF IT IN A HURRY" Shhhhh!!!!! Don't tell anyone. So, during the van ride home from the game, my coach nicknamed me "Shootem UP". Thanks to my teamates, the name stuck and spreaded across the city throughout my B ball days. God blessed me with the opportunity to befriend, play with and against some the areas top ballers, such as, Len Bias (RIP)(Celtics), John Battle (Hawks), Charles "Smitty" Smith(Celtics), Curt "Trouble" Smith (SLAM Magazine Playground Legend), Sherman "The General" Douglas (NBA), Hawkeye Whitney (NBA), Jeff Baxter(MD Terp) and many more.A few years back, I was hanging out with some business owners after a Wizards game, when they offered me $100 an/hour to hang out with them while on trips and social outings in town, DC.
