My name is Davy (David) Jones. Born and grew up in Scotland. I was once a very loving and careing man with many other characteristics except being cruel. Many legends have been told about my sea adventures, and I must admit they are very interesting. You know me well for being that ugle tentacle monster from POTC.Yeah, thats me, A HEARTLESS WRECH. My days of cruelty started many years ago when my lover, the sea Goddess Calypso, had pretended to love me. She only wanted me so that she could coax me to being the captain of the Fying Dutchman. The ship was immortal itself that is for a certain purpose the godly ship was to ferri souls to the afterlife. The catch is that you have to serve the purpose of the ship or else consequences would take place, and you can only step of land once every ten years. After ten long yeas of service, I finally returned to be with Calypso. Yet, she never showed. The way its supposed to be is that if you serve ten years faithfully, you may do one of two things 1)give up the bearings or 2) Keep the bairings but be able to step on land when pleases. Because Calypso wasnt there, she could not release me. Thus, I was hurt and heartbroken. I retaliated irrationally by sealing her in a human form. Then I cur out my heart, locked in a chest and hid it from the world. I did all this to remove the emotion of love from myself. It didnt work. Since then I have made other peoples lives hell by offering death or 100 yeas of servitude. I have made many deals with many people, on all have 'repaid' except Jack Sparrow.
