24, Lost, Heroes, It's Always Sunny in Philadephia, 30 Rock--hilarious...I also love some old shows that have been cancelled, like Freaks and Geeks and Sports Night. Arrested Development--"Speech, speech, speech, speech!" and My Boys--"I like your verbs that are things. I think I'm gonna sandwich after I sofa here for a bit."...Oh, and The Office--Martin Freeman again. Lovely. This season I'm watching Chuck, Journeyman, and Reaper. All good. And suddenly everyone I know is in love with How I Met Your Mother. Ha.
Everything in the Jane Austen catalog as referenced by my screen name. I'm a freaky Janeite (someone who loves Jane Austen). I also love the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series, the Harry Potter series, the Lemony Snicket books, the Anne of Green Gables series, and the Wolves of Willoughby Chase series. I also love Roald Dahl books. I like a lot of children's books as you can see...Other than that, I also love Buddenbrooks by Thomas Mann, The Makioka Sisters by Junichiro Tanizaki, the Charles Dickens catalog, The Divine Comedy, Shakespeare, Mark Twain (even though he hated Jane Austen), The Buccaneers by Edith Wharton, and The Catcher in the Rye. Latest addition: Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini--the best book I've read in a super long time. Simply amazing. Read it. You won't regret it. His second book A Thousand Splendid Suns is also amazing. I also like Sherlock Holmes stories and King Arthur stories. I have a few books.
Besides Jesus? Joseph. Moses. You know. Like that.
