I started my DJ career in my hometown of Honolulu, on the beautiful island of Oahu, at Hamburger Mary's back in 1987. With the help of 7 extremely talented DJs, I was educated in the art of mixology and encouraged to create my own signature style. Two years later, while still perfecting my craft, I was recruited to headline at a new afterhours hotspot, and in 1989 Fusion became my second home. I would soon find myself on an adventure to visit my best friend who had recently moved. Taking some vacation time, along with a dear friend as my guide, I was headed to San Francisco. I instantly fell in love with the City by the Bay, and in 1991, I packed up and made San Francisco my new home. It wasn't long before I took up residency at the legendary End-Up on 6th and Harrison, where I played on Friday night (Club Dekadence) and again on Sunday, for the afternoon Tea Dance. While headlining there I worked with some amazing DJs, and made some lifelong friends. Then in 1994, I left for yet another great adventure, this time I was heading to the glamorous and neon lit shores of trendy South Beach, in sunny Florida. I have since taken up residency at Twist on 1057 Washington Avenue and am currently the Tuesday night DJ.
