Blood Of Blondes is a 4 piece metal-alternative band which started out in 2005 when vocalist Mark responded to an musicshop add and met guitarist Wilmar whose band at that stage was looking for a vocalist. Not soon after Mark joined the band broke up and Wilmar and Mark decided to jam acoustically until they found the rest of the band. In 2007 they auditioned a drummer, Ewan who would later introduce the band to current bassist Francois. After about 10 months in April of 2008 Ewan left the band and the rest of the guys took a break and spent some time auditioning drummers. In August 2008 Warren joined the band and the four piece was complete again. At the moment we are practicing and writing some new material, so be on the lookout for us, we will be playing a venue close to you soon!
Early in 2009 Francois decided to hang up his bass strings to persue his career and other interests. The search for a new bassist took a while and eventually we found Angus Munro.
We have focused mainly on song writing since Angus has joined us and are still in the process of writing frantically for our first album.
We will be playing a couple of gigs for our fans so keep a look out for us.
