Rick Perry has been writing songs for 16 years and has performed in a number of acts(listed below).These songs were recorded over the last few years along with many others by Brent Rawlings of Murfreesboro Tenn. (ex.NY,Chas,LA recorded in Myrtle Beach by the multifaceted Brian McKenzie currently of Vampires and Sluts).
He has had the oppurtunity to be involved in a variety of musical ventures around the United States and has organized a number of festivals and events.Although acoustically driven many of the acts he has been involved with have leaned toward a much heavier style.However Perry has always believed and held true to clean honest vocal delivery and pronounced lyrical presentation. "If I go to listen to someone sing i want to know what there talking about",states Perry and has thus far followed through in his recordings and live performances.
