Badou Nyang aka BQ, born in 1984 in the Gambia, attended a French school in Banjul, the Gambia. Moved to Sokone, Senegal, where he continues his education, he‘s currently attending a (Dutch pop academy, music school in Rotterdam (Holland). Mr: Nyang started his singing carrier at an early age, he was 14 years old. He joined Peace & Love rap group in the year 2000. He‘s currently residing in Holland, and vigorously active in solo carrier. BQ had also recorded and perform with different rap group from the Gambia and Senegal. Recorded a rap song with Mr Chad the leader of the Salaam gii clan, from the Gambia, with the Senegalese rapper called DREAD SKEEZO and with the artist called Daddy Bibson from Senegal In 2005 BQ has joined DEGE J SQUAD in Senegal,also with a big reggae dance hall artis cal MEGA D from tha RMX CREW holland.
BQ singing rap, bazeman, dance hall and reggae and as stated is vigorously active in recording his new solo album. His singing style and power of lyrics represent a unique talent He uses a heavy flow of rap (bazeman) mixed with dance hall, reggae with his sweet voice full of emotion. BQ has emerged from a high quality work combining music research and street experiences. He also gets a strong spiritual; mystical and emotional site.
